Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details - Proven experience in commercial roofing estimating
- Strong construction knowledge and ability to interpret plans and specifications
- Proficiency with takeoff/estimating software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar) preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Ability to build and maintain strong subcontractor/vendor relationships
- Location: Southern California (office in Riverside County; some travel may be required)
