A compensation plan that allows you to control your income.The pay range for this job is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $650.00 per week (or more plus tips and bonuses) paid weekly. Benefits & Pay The pay range for this job is $14.00 to $20.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.Paid time off (PTO) and 401K after one year of service. Paid holidays after 90 days!! Some insurance options after 1 year. If you're a team lead (driving our vehicle): Manage the team's schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team. Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
